Notes
Pets are welcome with prior approval — $25/night. Dogs should be potty-trained and under 50 lbs; if yours is bigger, reach out and we'll see what we can do. Please clean up after your pet and keep them leashed in shared spaces.
Sun-Kissed Resort is most often booked in its entirety — all six cottages to one group — so the pavilion, grill, and beach are typically just for your crew. On the occasions it's split between separate reservations, those spaces are shared, so keep your neighbors in mind, especially in the evening if the projector's running.

Firepit Safety
* **Never leave a fire burning unattended.**
* Before leaving the firepit area or going to bed, **make sure the fire is completely extinguished.**
* Do not leave hot coals or embers unattended.
* Keep children and pets a safe distance from the firepit.
* Only use the firepit in accordance with the property's instructions and local fire regulations.
* Do not move the firepit or use it for purposes other than its intended use.
General House Rules
* Please treat the home, furnishings, and outdoor areas with care.
* No smoking or vaping inside the property.
* Keep doors and windows closed when heating or air conditioning is running.
* Please keep noise at a respectful level, particularly during nighttime hours.
* Only registered guests may stay overnight unless prior approval has been provided.
* No parties or events without prior written approval.
* Please clean up after yourself and dispose of trash in the designated containers.
* Do not remove household items, furnishings, or outdoor equipment from the property.
* Report any damage or maintenance issues as soon as possible.
Safety
* Do not tamper with smoke detectors, carbon monoxide detectors, or other safety equipment.
* Familiarize yourself with the property's emergency exits and safety information upon arrival.
* In an emergency, call 911.

Cancellation Policy
Guests can cancel until 30 days before check-in for a full refund. If they cancel between 7 and 30 days before check-in, but after the 24-hour cancellation period, they’ll receive 50% refund. If they cancel less than 7 days before check-in, they’ll receive no refund.
