Terms & Condition
Reservation Policy:
  • Guest authorizes Adamo The Bellus to charge their credit card for the amount as stated in the deposit policy.
  • In the unlikely event of our inability to accommodate you or your guest despite holding a confirmed reservation, we will arrange alternate accommodation & transport at our cost to a similar hotel.
  • A confirmed reservation will be held until 1800 hours, unless specified in writing and after guest receives our acknowledgement. Please carry your written request & our acknowledgment with you.
Cancellation & Amendment Policy:

Charges may be applicable for amending a reservation during season period. You are required to confirm with the Hotel.

  • Cancellations made 48 hours prior to check-in time and date will be charged INR 500/- . The balance will be refunded back to the credit card.
  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in time and date will be charged one night retention charges and the airport pickup/drop charges if applicable. The balance will be refunded back to the credit card.
  • For group reservations (three rooms and more), cancellation needs to be made one week (7 days) prior to the date of check-in, in writing. If cancellation is made less than one week prior to check-in date, one day room rate plus taxes will be levied on total number of rooms booked and the airport pickup charges if applicable. Cancellations made more than one week prior to check-in will attract INR 500/- cancellation charges per room. The balance will be refunded back to the credit card.
  • All Cancellations & Amendments should be made via our website which has a 'My Booking' link to cancel/amend bookings made on-line. Any other form of communication to cancel a booking will not be accepted or as accepted by Adamo The Bellus. An email confirming your cancellation will be sent and the cancellation charges will apply and the remaining balance will credited to your credit card.

 

No-Show Policy:
In case of a NO-SHOW due to any reason, the hotel reserves the right to levy retention charge for two night of room rent plus taxes and the airport pickup/drop charges if applicable. The balance will be refunded back to the credit card.
Refund Policy:

The service fee charged at the time of booking is non refundable in any case.

Refund will be given on the same credit card as used for making a reservation from our website using the online payment gateway. Refund will take approximately 10 working days depending on bank to bank working.

The airport pickup charges are non refundable or as decided by SunKissed Resort. You are requested to make a note of the telephone nos of the driver that is provided to you. If you do not receive it within 3 days then you are requested to contact us via email or telephone for the same.

There is no refund after the guest arrives/checks in at the hotel.

On a case to case basis, refunds if any will be at the sole discretion of Adamo The Bellus.
